Anything you could perform in a bedroom in 15 minutes or less is fair game

Submission deadline is September 1, 2024 for our event in Tremont in late October. Please email info@microtheatercle.com with a short description of your idea.

Here's what we need to know...

1. Send a 1-2 paragraph description or a script (if you have one)

2. If it's a play, let us know if you'd like help finding a director and/or performers

3. Let us know if there's a certain type of space you have in mind (a small room, a library, a vault, a bar?)

About your piece...

• There are no content restrictions and no form/genre restrictions. Traditional plays, experimental plays, dramas, comedies, physical theater, sketch, clown, burlesque, performance art, immersive performance, experimental music, poetry, etc are all fair game

• The piece needs to be less than 15 minutes long (you'll perform it multiple times)

• If you're excited about it, let's try and make it work

Dates and Places...

• Between now and September 1 we'll select 10-ish pieces to produce

• Each show will run 3-5 times per night in late October or early November (exact dates tbd)

• Shows will be open to the public, free, and at a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces in Tremont
